The Big Tourney provides software and hosting services only. We do not sponsor, operate, administer, or guarantee any contest unless explicitly stated. Contest organizers are solely responsible for prize fulfillment, eligibility requirements, fundraising compliance, and adherence to applicable laws.
Payments, Donations & Fundraising
All payments, donations, or entry fees are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. The Big Tourney does not collect, hold, or distribute funds and is not responsible for payment processing issues.
No Gambling or Wagering
The Platform is intended for promotional, entertainment, and fundraising purposes only. The Big Tourney does not offer gambling services and does not determine the legality of any contest.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Big Tourney shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, contest participation, scoring outcomes, fundraising activity, prize disputes, or third-party service failures.
No Warranty
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Big Tourney disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
