🏀 Ivies & Hoops Invitational Official Tournament Terms & Rules The Ivies & Hoops Invitational Bracket Challenge is a charitable fundraising activity organized by the Georgia Pearls of Service Foundation (GPOS) to support scholarships and community programs. Eligibility Participation in the Ivies & Hoops Invitational is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. By entering the challenge, participants confirm they meet this eligibility requirement. Entry Fee The entry fee for the bracket challenge is $25 per bracket. Participants may submit multiple brackets, but each entry requires a separate payment. Entry fees support the charitable mission of the Georgia Pearls of Service Foundation, including scholarships and community initiatives. Bracket Submission All brackets must be submitted before the official start of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Once the tournament begins, brackets cannot be edited or changed. Scoring Brackets will be scored based on correct game predictions throughout the NCAA Tournament. Points will be awarded for each correct pick according to the tournament scoring system. The participant with the highest total score at the conclusion of the tournament will be declared the winner. Typical scoring structure may include: 🏀 Round of 64 – 1 point per correct pick 🏀 Round of 32 – 2 points per correct pick 🏀 Sweet 16 – 4 points per correct pick 🏀 Elite Eight – 8 points per correct pick 🏀 Final Four – 16 points per correct pick 🏀 Championship Game – 32 points for correct champion The participant with the highest total score at the end of the tournament wins. Prize The participant with the highest scoring bracket will receive 50% of the total entry pool collected for the tournament. The remaining funds will support the Georgia Pearls of Service Foundation’s scholarships and community service programs. Tie-Breaker In the event of a tie, the championship game score prediction will be used as the primary tie-breaker. If a tie still remains, the prize will be split equally among tied participants. Tournament Results All game results and scoring will be based on official NCAA tournament outcomes. Final Decisions All interpretations of the rules, scoring decisions, and prize determinations made by the Georgia Pearls of Service Foundation Fundraising Committee are final. Compliance This bracket challenge is conducted as a charitable fundraising activity. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Good Sportsmanship The Ivies & Hoops Invitational is intended to be a fun and friendly competition that supports a meaningful cause. Participants are encouraged to compete in the spirit of community and good sportsmanship.
